How It Started

It all began in the warm embrace of my grandmother's kitchen, where every aroma told a story of love and tradition. Entranced by her culinary artistry, I absorbed the secrets of seasoning food to perfection – a delicate dance of flavor without relying on excessive salt.

Yet, as much as I cherished her teachings, the endless array of seasonings I juggled left me yearning for simplicity. Thus, inspired by her wisdom and my own quest for flavor, I embarked on a journey to create something truly special: my very own blend of herbs and spices, culminating in what would become the beloved Everything Seasoning.

My grandmother, a culinary luminary in her own right, graced countless kitchens with her talent. A master baker whose cakes were the stuff of legend, she filled our home with the sweet aromas of pies, cookies, pecan pralines, and more. From our family gatherings to the bustling halls of Crenshaw High School in Los Angeles, where she shared her culinary gifts with students and staff alike, her legacy lives on in every dish she touched.

 I currently offer five gourmet seasoning blends, which include the popular Everything Seasoning and Adobo Spice Blend.
